ADR-001 — Alerting stack on big server

Decision

Run the alerting stack (Matrix/Synapse, n8n, Gatus) in LXCs/containers on the main Proxmox node (chizuru) instead of the small server.

Why

The small server is reserved exclusively for the backup solution.

Trade-offs

If chizuru goes down, alerts go down too — the system that monitors services cannot itself alert about its own failure. Accepted for now. A VPS will be provisioned later for true resilience.
